What is a Personal Consultant?
Overview
A personal consultant is a coach who is a trained professional who has ascertained skills that assist and help individuals, executives and organizations create positive changes, perceive new possibilities, and help their clients define the steps to be taken to achieve their goals. Goals can include any of the following: Physical, financial, emotional, professional, spiritual, health and wellness. Simultaneously we will tweak essential skills which are pertinent for areas of success such as, time management, maintenance of emotions, concentration, the building of willpower and conscious awareness.

Firstly we figure out what our primary focus is and create a plan. Dependant on the goal, it is usually recommended to consistently work together for a minimum of three months. Again, it all depends on the goal and to create new habits, we have to consistently implement modifications in our daily lives. The general approach would include three sessions monthly either by phone or skype approximately fifty-five minutes in duration. E-mail support is also provided. The number of sessions will decrease as time progresses and as you have gained a specific pace in the realization of your goals.
